Lost or Delayed Packages

Grace & Grit Scrubs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is lost or experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Grace & Grit Scrubs currently ships within the United States only.

All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen carrier delays.

We do not offer local pickup or local delivery at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process.
