All purchases made through Grace & Grit Scrubs are considered final sale.
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Once reviewed, Grace & Grit Scrubs may approve a replacement item at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order and shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Grace & Grit Scrubs is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizing selections, shipping addresses, or product choices. Orders submitted with inaccurate information cannot be refunded or replaced.
